This weekly meal prep program offers a weekly seasonal menu that’s simple, nutrient-dense & easy to digest. Ingredients are locally sourced with organic farm fresh ingredients & ethically sourced proteins. We always avoid dairy, gluten, seed oils, processed sugars–and usually nightshades too.

Each week has a rotating menu of 3 different meals, with either 4 or 6 servings of each meal.

Menu examples:

  • Morrocan lamb stew with sweet potato & chickpea

  • pineapple fried rice with ground bison

  • spaghetti squash & wild boar meatballs

  • venison shepherd’s pie with parsnip puree

  • thai green curry with quinoa or cauliflower rice
